What is the time between calling the API (submitting the case) and getting the case matches?

Hi @olga,

The response time will vary depending on the load of the system. When they can have the operation completed in a couple of seconds during periods of low load, the operation time can actually go over one minute during high load periods. So will not give you the exact response time when you will move to production, again it depends on the system.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.

So, if it's hard to tell exactly what the time is, can we at least know the max time to get a case matches?. can it go for like 2 minutes, or even 5 minutes?.. I would to develop an understanding of the average response time to expect.

The Service should have at least some response time guaranteed , I mean some SLA based on the peak load performance. Are you saying it is varying for some unknown reasons ?
