Usually, when you cannot get the data, Elektron feed will send a status message that describes the error to you. Your application must check the status message and display the status text.
If you still unable to see the market data, then please check the status message.
Otherwise, it could be that you are on delay feed while your Eikon terminal is pulling real-time data.
