Get group ID return 404 suddenly (was working previously and no code changes made)

Hi,

I am getting a 404 response in pilot environment all of a sudden. I have released the code to dev and uat environment previously and it was working completely fine. Can you advice what might be the reason ?

@cliff.ching

You are seeing a 404 as your pilot account is disabled, the groups in that account are inactive.

The account was disabled on 5th July on instructions from the Maureen from our sales team as your trial had expired.

Do you need the access back?
