I'm having problem with excel add in. After eikon has been installed, I could see that the add in is loading during Excel start. However, no tab appears. Add in was active in the Excel Options. Disable/enable did not solve the problem. At some point I clicked Remove, and now I cannot find how to add it.
FAQ page says to look for ThomsonReuters.CommonOffice.Shim.dll or EikonOfficeShim.dll but I don't see those files. Where should I look for the add in file?
