Eikon desktop keep popup below error window and kill the my data download via python API

From the picture, it looks like to be the About page in Eikon.

First, please contact the Eikon support team via Get Support to verify the problem.

Hi,

per the screenshot attached, my got the error window popup when I am using eikon.

After the this error window appeared, the api proxy 9000 shut down, and I can not using python api for data downloading.

I also checked C:\ProgramData\Thomson Reuters\Eikon Data\Logs, but does not sounds help.

Could anyone kindly advised what the next steps are.
