could you please let me know the following:

  1. What kind of custom fields can i have in the customFields array?
  2. How to upload our own private black list, which can be screened against.

Please find the answers to your questions below:

1. The customField array can accept any string as its value. We do not have any set custom field that we allow our users. The clients are free to choose the custom fields they would like to pass unlike the secondary fields. That being said, the function of custom field is to mark cases so that they can filtered in the UI later easily. The custom fields are not included in the screening criteria and are treated as such with no implication on the matches of the case.

2. You can use the WC1 API/UI Watchlist functionality to achieve this. Kindly note the Watchlist functionality comes as a separate feature on the product and does not come under the normal WC1 license. Please contact your sales specialist (Kaise) to know more about how can you acquire Watchlist functionality.
