Is there a way to get a list of the holidays for a given exchange and time-frame? Using COM API or Python Data API

Not in an reasonably easy to consume way, I'm afraid. You're probably better off scraping this data off some Internet resources.

it would be great if the adfin function DfListHolidays is exported to python
