Why don't I get a result for a known PEP in WC-1 ?

When screening a name of a known PEP I do not get any results. Although the PEP exists, such as in the example in the screenshot below the system returns a match which doesn’t exist as a person.

Is the World-Check Data incorrect?

Screening the same name in the UI will return the correct result for profile: e_tr_wci_10435

@Akechi Sato,

The reason you are seeing the above results as because we provide synthetic test data in the results for the Zero Footprint Search API in pilot. However, the information which you receive in the production environment should be same as the World-Check One UI.

Hope this clarifies your concern.
