TRKD API: Streaming does not return some fields

Tried to retrieve fx market contributor name along with the quote time that is associated with the latest bid/ask. However, the fields never get included in the return object even though both fields are consistently updating. Is there a reason behind why this is the case?

To be clear, RIC is EUR= and the fields that I am using are: BID, ASK, NETCHNG_1, PCTCHNG, CTBTR_1, QUOTIME. Both CTBTR_1 and QUOTIME never returned (not even the initial refresh).

Kindly use the fields/FIDs CF_SOURCE and CF_TIME in lieu of CTBTR_! & QUOTIM

Thank you for your suggestion. It definitely works. I just realized that I made a typo on QUOTIM (should have no 'E').

However, for contributor name, may I ask if there is a document lying somewhere that suggests which field to use?
