To use WL, the WL functionality should be enabled for your account.
After the WL has been enabled, you can use the steps mentioned in the below link to upload WL and screen against them.
Kindly note the upload of WL can be done using two ways.
1. Using the UI
2. Using the API.
However, the client can be given only one way of uploading WL to their account. The steps mentioned above is to upload the WL using the API and screen against the WL.

Hi, but I have no Watchlist option, how to enable it?
This has to be enabled at our end. Please confirm if you would like the WL to be enabled. Please confirm the account name that is to be enabled. Also, kindly specify if the account is Pilot or Production.

Hi, confirm to enable the WL. Client Code is "A-01506042-API-P", username is "boaandrewlee", the environment is Pilot environment.
More, is it related to any extra cost to be charged when it goes to production?
The WL functionality has no extra charges. Request you to confirm if you would like WL functionality using the UI or the API.

You can upload the WL, only when it is enabled at our end. Kindly note in order to enable the WL, please confirm how you would like to upload your WL using the WC1 User Interface or the WC1 API.
The screenshot you shared does not allow you to upload WL, but is for the purpose of selecting WL while screening so that the entity name being screened gets hit from the uploaded WL too apart from the WC1 DB.

ok, so can we upload the WL by using UI, while screening by using API?
@andrew.lee Yes, you can upload the WL by using UI and screen the entity using the API.
When using the UI to upload the WL, you can use a csv file or an xlsx file.

Please help to enable at your end for me to upload WL.
I have written to the concerned team for the enabling the WC1 UI WL for your pilot account. I will update you as soon as the WL UI is enabled in your account.

Just opened and still cannot see "Watchlist", only "Sources" over there.
Can you please check now?
I have sent you an attachment via an email which tells in details on how to activate WL on a group and how to upload WL.
