Access Denied: User req to PE(4659)

Hi EIKON,

I'm trying to inquire Jet Kerosene Singapore Quote (PJABF00 Q), but there is only one message as title. Would you please tell me what does this error code: PE(4659) mean and how can I solve it. Thank you so much.

p.s. THOMSON REUTERS EIKON Desktop 4.0.47109 on Windows 10

Hello @KLKL

The user you used to log in to EIKON does not have the permission entitlement(PE) number 4659 which is required for accessing data of PJABF00 Quote. You should contact Refinitiv Account team who can help you to grant the permission for accessing data of this Quote.
