How to connect to FX ALL platform over FIX protocol?

Hi All,

I am trying to connect to FX ALL platform over FIX protocol using Quickfix FIX framework for connection but it seems that the FX ALL is not getting connected , we are sending a LOGOM message (MSGTYPE = "A") . but not receiving any response from FX ALL.
