Quote permids missing in recent bulk quotes file

Hi, I noticed that the following permids are no longer present in OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20190707_070945.ntriples.gz. I checked with the exchanges and it looks like the listings still exist. Was removing them a mistake?

I missed that almost all of them sprang back to life last weekend. Many other permids that had been deleted but that I didn't report reappeared too, so it seems like the developers made a major fix. From those I reported in this thread, only these are still missing:

1-21531446861
1-21701294173
1-25727370042
1-25727370233

I checked with the exchange websites, and 1-21531446861 has been delisted, but the others still seem to be alive and kicking.

Thank you so much for your findings.

I am also unble to find those PermIDs in OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20190707_070945.ntriples.gz. However, those PermIDs are still accessible through the Open PermID website.

I will report this problem to the Open PermID support team.

I took a closer look at 1-55837425970 (RIC: 4151.T) using Thomson-Reuters tick history [TRTH]. There are no signs of any changes near the date when the permid was deleted (2019-07-28). However I did notice a change in the openpermid instrument data (instrument permid = 8590941807). On 2019-07-28 the instrument name changed from "Kyowa Kirin Ord Shs" to "Kyowa Hakko Kirin Ord Shs". According to TRTH the new name is correct, and in fact the old name should never have been used. So it looks like on 2019-07-28 some mistake was fixed in the openpermid instrument data. However why that should have caused the quote to be (wrongly) deleted is a mystery to me. It smells like a bug in openpermid. Did you get any feedback from the developers?

Currently, they are working on this issue.

While some of them have been delisted (eg 1-21496405304, AVMl.CHI^F19) they all seem to represent real listings that used to exist, so I guess they should still be in the bulk file.
