Is there any way to access the REDI api via the cloud? Meaning, I would like to eliminate the need for a COM-based (Windows) interface to REDI, and would like to pull realt-time information from REDI into a Google Sheets document via HTTP.

What you describe is not supported. The integration for REDI API is to REDIPlus, and it is via COM.
Elektron realtime in AWS cloud supports access via Elektron Websocket API. If you would like to find out more, on enterprise products available, or what would work best for your requirements, it's a good time to discuss your requriements with your Refinitiv account team.
