Hi all! I had my user locked for excess of requests. It was my fault. I didn't know this could happen, so I programmed a try-catch block without the correct approach. Can anyone answer me for how long I will be blocked? Is there anyway I can be manually unblocked? Thanks!!!

I can see that you have a high usage in my Eikon user tool.
However, this forum is not the best resource to solve this issue.
I suggest you to go to Refinitiv Helpdesk by either calling them in your local number or submit a ticket at https://my.refinitiv.com/
This forum is focusing on how to use API, sample code, etc... but moderators here do not have access/permission to change the Eikon user profile nor the knowledge of the process to do so.
