The given JSON request message is broken, so I have tried this request request.txt (based on your request). I cannot replicate the issue in my environment.
I found that TRKD support team is investigating this issue. You can follow up the case process with them directly.
Could you please share your JSON request message and a list of RICs that you subscribe?
