Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle) when trying to connect eikon with R

I am trying to connect eikon with R. but I am having this Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle) Can you please assist me?

Could you share the full error?

For example, I got the following error if I used eikonapir without running Eikon Desktop.
