Can't get earning release information via EIKON API.(via EIKON platform, ADVEV is correct.)

This seems to be a content issue for the RIC 3267.T

I test the RIC with Eikon Data API and found the same result and I can get the events from the previous month when I change stardate to Jan 2020. It looks like data is not updated.

It looks like both Eikon data API and Eikon Excel return NULL when testing with 3267.T. Below is a screenshot from Eikon Excel.

I would suggest you open a support case with the Eikon API support team via my.refinitiv.com to investigate the issue further.
