Screen results are different between different TR accounts

I've encountered an issue only happen on a few cases
1. Save a case on Account A with a set of User data and trigger the screen request
2. Save another case on Account B with the same set of User data and trigger the screen request

Can I assume that the screen results on these two different accounts should be the same?

And both screened with name transposition config, is there any other configuration will end up the results to be different?

Currently, we found some cases that have a hit on account A but the same his can't be found on account B

Could you please clarify why are they shown differently

Thank you

@corey,

Thank you for your query.

You will have to check the screening threshold of the groups under each account. If the threshold settings are different in different accounts or groups, the screening results will vary.

To check the threshold of each account, you should be a Client Admin. Follow the below steps to check the threshold settings - Login to World-Check account as client Admin > Go to Admin section > Settings ( Under World-Check Section ) > Set the Threshold as per your requirement (FUZZY, MEDIUM, STRONG and EXACT)

Once the threshold are set same, the results returned would be same for both the accounts.

Please Note : The Threshold case be set differently based on groups, so you may have to check the threshold per group if you have multiple groups in your account.

Hope this answers your query.
