Duplicate permid in person bulk file for 20201004

Permid 34424783048 (https://permid.org/1-34424783048) shows up twice in the latest bulk file, the only difference being a space in their name.

Hello @wasin.waeosri,

Fix was applied very recently.

I took a look.

I am not sure that what was done fixes the issue, so I asked the team to verify and pending confirmation from them and will update.
