I get the real-time data from Refinitive DataStream via API which these data exactly match to the data via Eikon, but difference to the data from REDI Plus. The ric code in DataStream is "LCOc1" but in REDI is "LCOZ1" because i can't get LCOC1 in REDI.
Please help me to get the same real-time data via REDI Plus

In REDI, you need to enter the specific futures contract symbol.
e.g.
LCOH1 = ICE Brent Crude March '21
LCOM1 = ICE Brent Crude Jun '21
ESZ0 = S&P E-Mini Dec '20
CLG1 = Light Crude Feb '21
etc

Please find the response from REDI team:
"The customer is entering the "continuation" RIC. (i.e. entering the ..."c1" RIC will show the front expiration's quote, whereas entering "Z1" will show the specific month) REDI does not support continuation RICs.
The user needs to enter the specific expiration RIC to get data from the REDI API."

Thank you very much for your response. I just got how difference of "c" and "z". But which code is valid for my account because i can't put the code of "LCOC1" in the REDI and REDI do not support continuation RIC?.
