Is there any mechanism for RKD-API server to detect the request via 3rd party application such as Postman? Can you confirm if this is an account permission issue?

Client is accessing RKD-API via Postman Chrome but somehow the user is unable to access and shows error.

No issue accessing RKD-API via the web, but if they try to run it in a browser via the javascript code

Please see login details below;

Hi @gilbert.coloma,

I think Chrome has ended supports for extensions like that of Postman (if it is an app). The user might have to use standalone application.

Either way, trying to debug browser extensions is not within the scope of help we can provide on these forums. The user should reach out to the Postman for help.

Hello @gilbert.coloma

I can access RKD API with the Postman standalone application. Could you please ask the client to test with the standalone version and share the RKD request message that the client is using?

Please be informed that this Q&A forum is for the general Refinitiv API usage question. If you want to verify the client's permission, please contact the RKD API support team via https://my.refinitiv.com/ website with the client information and choose product "Refinitiv Knowledge Direct API".

Hi @wasin.waeosri , the issue happens only on Chrome extensions(addin). Postman standalone works fine.
