I am trying to run VAConsumer example programm in rtsdk C++ libraray.
there, we have hostname>:<port> as a mandatory parameters, where do I found available servers for this ?

Depending on the tier you are permissioned for only one of the above will work for you. If you connect to the wrong tier you should see something like:
State: Closed/Suspect/Usage error - text: "Login Rejected. Watchlist size of xxxx for 'RSSL' connection is outside of range [x,xxxx] supported for this ADS fanout tier for this type of connection.
If you see the above message just try a different tier (t1/t2/t3)
