How can it be that there are two (quote) permids for "WPT INDUSTRIAL REIT UNT" at the same exchange?

They represent different RICs.

https://permid.org/1-25727355979 represents WIR_u.TO while https://permid.org/1-21522822290 represents WIRu.TO.

From my checking, WIR_u.TO is trading in CAD currency while WIRu.TO is trading in USD currency.
