Below is the URL for API catalogue UI:
This url now shows 'Site can't be reached'. Could you please provide a valid URL from where we can access the API catalogue on web UI.

The new endpoint is https://support-portal.rkd.refinitiv.com/SupportSite/TestApi/Catalog
I am assuming that you are not aware of the rebranding changes.
