RKD error services request quota limit exceeded

Hello,


Recently we got the following errors in our batch process request limit exceeded in RKD Services, the services which we use are:


Quotes

Timeseries intraday

Timeseries interday

Fundamentals

Search


There is a way to handle this type of error like some service to know if we are close to reach the limit to avoid the errors and keep the information updated at the moment. If we could ask for increase our quota limit in our user

Hi Isanchez,

RKD API applies throttling limit on each service to safeguard our backend from excessive hits. Please provide me your user id and application ID I will check and let you know the the limit for each service permission of your ID.
