The available COM APIs for use in Microsoft Office are listed in this page: https://developers.thomsonreuters.com/eikon-apis/com-apis-use-microsoft-office.

For Thomson Reuters Datastream API, you can use Contact Us page at https://my.thomsonreuters.com/ to directly contact the support team.
