@yumi.tanaka So this is easy to do with replace:
startdf = dfN['versionCreated'].replace(microsecond=0,tzinfo=None).strftime('%Y/%m/%d %H:%M:%S')
startdf = datetime.strptime(startdf,'%Y/%m/%d %H:%M:%S')
