[ATS] Instruments number limit to be published reached

Hello,

We currently have a client that raised a point related to the maximum number of instruments that can be published through ATS.
Actually, when they reach the maximum number (WATCHLIST value ? = 100k instruments) the TREP infra is going down.
They are reaching this limits because of matured bonds or futures.

Is it expected ?
Is there a way to clean/remove from ATS the matured bonds and futures to avoid this behavior ?
Can we increase the WATCHLIST value ?

Thanks,

ATSwatchlist

Hi @Henri.GARDON

This forum is primarily for API related questions - whereas your question is more around the ATS product capabilities and limitations - and the forum moderators are not ATS specialists.

It is possible to raise a ticket with the ATS helpdesk - via My.Refiniitiv - which I have done for you on this occasion. Someone from the ATS support team should be in touch soon.

On your question of deleting records, it is possible to delete ATS records using the ATS UI (and possibly via scripts too).

It is also possible to delete ATS Records programmatically using one of our Real-Time APIs - as described in this article - Implementing Refinitiv Real-Time APIs applications to work with ATS - Part 2 | Refinitiv Developers

Hello @Henri.GARDON and all,

Conveying the conclusions/resoltion from the case:

"An ATS License can have up to 500K instruments. This means you can open up to 500K instruments at the same time but ATS can hold a much higher (unlimited) instruments. "
