Datastream accessing data via FTP

Hi, are there any guides on accessing data from datastream via FTP and if so are there any documentation of FTP configuration. links are appreciated

Please take a look at Datastream data loader which is capable of providing bulk delivery through FTP. The resources section has quickstart guides as well.

In case you need help understanding the data or building a DDL request, it is best to contact Refinitiv support at my.refinitiv.com, as we can only help with technical questions.
