Instruments, Remove instruments and individual users?

How do i figure out how many instruments i have used to make sure i stay under my contracted amount?

Also how do I remove instruments that I don't want to use anymore?

Also how do I figure out how many individual users have been using the username and password?

    You can check usage statistics with Datastream Webservice API by using the “STATS” keyword in the instrument and the “DS.USERSTATS” in the data type, as mentioned in the DSWS user stats and limits guide.
