Got error: x509: certificate is valid for support-portal.rkd.refinitiv.com, not api.trkd.thomsonreuters.com

Hello. After posting a request to: https://api.trkd.thomsonreuters.com/api/TimeSeries/TimeSeries.svc/REST/TimeSeries_1/GetIntradayTimeSeries_5"
I've got an error:x509: certificate is valid for support-portal.rkd.refinitiv.com, not api.trkd.thomsonreuters.com
How can we get access to historical data?

Hello @Tal

Please be informed that the RKD API endpoint has been changed to "api.rkd.refinitiv.com".

Example GetIntradayTimeSeries_5 endpoint:

http://api.rkd.refinitiv.com/api/TimeSeries/TimeSeries.svc/REST/TimeSeries_1/GetIntradayTimeSeries_5

You can find more detail regarding the API query parameters, endpoint, request-response format from the RKD API - GET INTRADAY V5 page.

If the problem still persists after you change the API endpoint, please share your HTTP Post (including the HTTP headers) message.

Note: Please remove your credentials before posting.
