Unable to connect to python

Hello team,


The user: <removed> could not connect with pyeikon.


ERROR:pyeikon:Error code 500 | Server Error: {"code":500,"message":"getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND emea1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com emea1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com:443","statusMessage":"Internal Server Error"}


We got the same issue several months ago:

According to case resolution, the configuration change has been applied, connectivity restored and "... client confirmed all good now...."

Looking at your previous post, I understand the Eikon team had to make some config changes to restore the connection.

As recommended in the previous post, you need to raise a ticket with the Eikon helpdesk and mention the previous ticket number.

To speed things up, I have created a new ticket for you 10929987 and mentioned the previous ticket - 10155349

Someone should be in touch soon.
