Please see the article Introduction to Machine Readable News with WebSocket API for the complete guidance and link to the examples.

To describe the approach in brief, one:

  1. Accumulates the fragments of a story till all fragments are received
  2. Concatenates the received fragments together
  3. And decodes the obtained whole story, rather then a single fragment.
