Intermittent Errors trying to view Media Check articles

We are testing a current implementation of World Check and Media Check and are running into a lot of problems with the Media Check results not being available.

Example:

We screen Burger King and then click on the Media Check link (after waiting a period of time in case they aren't ready yet)

After about 30 seconds, the page is blank and shows the news search has failed.

This has been pretty consistent today and we aren't sure what is going on. We've logged out and come back into the Refinitiv application with same results. Ideas?

@jp

We have been told that it's a known issue and the concerned team has been engaged to see how this can be made better.

We will keep you posted on the developments.

Hi @jp, Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you please let us understand how the screening process is happening like whether you are screening the case via API and you are unable to see results under media check section in UI and facing the issue you briefed (or) you are completely screening a case via UI and you are facing this issue.

Thanks

Both screening from within the Refinitiv application and also by using the API has produced this situation.
