我担心北京这边没有支持团队。英文的支持团队如何联系我也不清楚。因为是客户的问题，我认为直接找他们的开发经理应该可以找到相应的人来支持。论坛一般都是处理不紧急的疑问。我们中文论坛目前只有几个产品的开发和测试在支持回答问题，EMA这块没有相应的人，但我认为培训的人应该有。我记下你的问题了，我会尽快问，看看可不可以帮你咨询到相关渠道。
