SEQ Case investigate Resolve Results ( Refinitive World Check One API )

Hope you are well !


The Customer support team encouraged us to reach out to the Developers team for one issue we are facing which is related to the Pilot account.


Please find the below details and snapshot for the same.


The update is not happening and failing with error as in the screenshot below.

Attached is a guideline showcasing the combination of status-, risk- and reason ids that can be applied to when utilizing the endpoint SEQ-case-investigate-resolve-results: Resolve results.

All types of status-, risk- and reason ids can be found by calling the end point SEQ-pre-group-resolution-toolkit: Get the resolution toolkit for a group.

Thank you for reaching out.

Kindly note that in order for you to successfully utilize the endpoint "SEQ-case-investigate-resolve-results: Resolve results", the first end point to call is "SEQ-case-investigate-results: Get screening results" with an existing case-system-id. This end point contains (at the top of the body response) the "resultId" for that case-system-id.

Then, call the end point SEQ-pre-group-resolution-toolkit: Get the resolution toolkit for a group which include the resolutionFieds status-, risk-, and reasonids.

Finally assign the appropriate resolutionsFields including the "resolutionRemark" within the body request SEQ-case-investigate-resolve-results: Resolve results. A response code 204 should be expected.
