Earning Call Presentation Slides PDF Downloads from AdvEvents

Is there any keyboard shortcut to download the PDF files directly from the new file browser window that opens when clicking on the PDF symbol? Or a way to directly download the PDFs from the AdvEvents browser? And is it possible to deactivate that the downloaded files are opened automatically? Thanks!
