Hi Team,

I need clarification on the following error message encountered while trying the 140_MBO_Streaming tutorial. The same symbol, ESZ24, works fine when I run the 100_MP_Streaming example, where I receive both refresh and update message data in response. This suggests that I have access to the ESZ24 symbol.

Item Name: ESZ24
Service Name: hEDD
Item State: Closed / Suspect / Not found / '*hash5Bstatus-*The record could not be found'
Additionally, how can I retrieve a list of all RICs available on Refinitiv Real-Time? Please advise.

    This indicates that this RIC ESZ24 doesn't support the MMT_MARKET_BY_ORDER domain.

    I checked and found that this RIC supports the MMT_MARKET_PRICE and MMT_MARKET_BY_PRICE domains. You may need to contact the content support team directly via MyAccount to confirm this.

    You can use the Bulk Real-Time Search to search for available RICs but you need to have the Real-Time Optimized credentials. For more information, please refer to the Bulk Real-Time RICs Search APIs article. Please contact your LSEG account team or Sales team regarding Real-Time Optimized credentials. Otherwise, you can use the RIC search tool.
