What is the limit/threshold of case creation, async screening and ongoing screening in case of pilot environment?

Thank you for reaching out, Pilot account is intended to be used for integration and testing and should be used to validate that the API integration is working as intended.
By default, Pilot accounts are limited to:
Total Number of Cases = 1000
Screenings Per Hour = 2000

There is no annual limit on the number of ongoing screenings or case creations for pilot accounts. The only restrictions are on the total number of cases and screenings, as mentioned previously.

For further details, please log in to your WC1 account, navigate to the Admin tab, and under the Client Details section, you will find Quota Management and the number of search (OGS/Client_Watchlist OGS/Media_Check OGS) cap.
