Hitting lseg.data daily limit after downloading far less than 5G

Hi,

I am using lseg.data API to download futures data. I have been hitting the daily limit for 3 days that should be 5G of data. Here is the error I get:

LDError: No data to return, please check errors: ERROR: No successful response.(429, Too many requests, please try again later)

Nevertheless, there is no way I have been dowloading that much data — at most 10x8Mo corresponding at 20y of 1D prices data for all monthly contracts for 10 symbols, like CL crude oil of CC cocoa.

Can you explain me what's wrong ? Is there some who have access to the queries size ?

Here is what I have downloaded since this morning, 1.64G, but I still have hit the 5G daily limit which again, will last all until 00:00. LDError: No data to return, please check errors: ERROR: No successful response.(429, Too many requests, please try again later)
