This is my first time trying to use Refinitiv Workspace.
However, I see the error saying 'Could not connect to server. Please contact your administrator.' repetitively.
Could you please help me handle this problem?

I would recommend that you open a support ticket at LSEG MyAccount, or reach out to the LSEG account manager who provided you with the access to Workspace.
