Can it happen that a record that has been removed appears again in the future?

I am aware that when an entity record is removed from World-Check the reference/records API returns "error": "ENTITY_REMOVED".

Can we assume in our application that the particular entity will stay "removed"? Will it ever reappear again?

Thank you for reaching out, Once the record is removed, the entity will remain deactivated; however, the record will be reactivated if new information is found. The WC Record ID will remain the same, and relevant details will be added. We will retain the UID and reinstate the record if the subject meets the inclusion criteria again.

It is important to note that any old information will not be retained; the record will be reactivated solely with the new information that was found.
