I am using the refinitiv data platform APIS . i am getting the below error . In the username and password i have put my username and password that I use to login to developer lseg portal.

You need to use the Data Platform's account. You can try it by accessing the API docs page.

Moreover, you need to have an application key. Please refer to the Data Platform Quick Start page.
