How to reset API limit request counter for the day?

How to reset API limit request counter for the day for LSEG Workspace API?

I see conflicting information. Which ome below is correct?
1. Reset time - 24 hours from the first request. That is, if the first request was made at 9 AM, the reset will be made the next day at 9 a.m.

2. The daily requests and volume limits reset at midnight according to your system's clock

As far as I know, the reset time is supposed to happen at midnight local time. However, you need to contact the helpdesk team directly via MyAccount to confirm this.
