Access to Portfolio - Error

Hello,
I am trying to access through Codebook a portfolio I created but am failing. I am not even sure whether I can access any portfolio at all.

Could you help me with this problem ?

I have already made sure that the ID given is spelled correctly.

Please take a look at this article on Portfolios. The article contains example code in a GitHub repo, which can be used to get a list of all the portfolios. You should then be able to invoke the API, by passing in the ID of one of these portfolios.
