I just downloaded it and tried to launch, but it doesn't work with this page. What am I supposed to do to solve this matter?

I found this file in the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Refinitiv\Refinitiv Workspace folder.
You may need to uninstall it and then reinstall it from the installation file.
