empty (undefined) responses on some PermID web requests

Hello,

On the PermID website I am getting empty (undefined) responses for some, but not all, organisational PermID requests. Here are some examples of undefined responses.:

Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation ERT SA : https://permid.org/1-5044174690

Athens News Agency Macedonian Press Agency SA : https://permid.org/1-4296853311

Antenna Group SA : https://permid.org/1-5000787529

Interestingly these work fine via the API (e.g. https://permid.org/1-5000787529?format=json-ld) ) and the headers show that I have plenty for requests remaining.

Any guidance greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have a suspicion that the problem might relate to whether the org has a primary quote. For example

Alphabet Inc (https://permid.org/1-5030853586) displays fine on the website.

Whereas Google LLC (https://permid.org/1-4295899948) does not.

Hello thanks for picking this up. Do we have a response from the product team yet? It is unusual for problems to take this long to be resolved.

If you want another examples try looking at the following:

London Stock Exchange Group PLC : https://permid.org/1-4298007752 displays fine…

but… LSEG (M) Financing Ltd https://permid.org/1-5065299155 does not.

Hello. Can we have an update on this website issue please? The regression occurred at least two weeks ago and it would seem like quite a basic bug given there is no evidence of issues with the underlying data and that the API still works, so surely it's a minor UI fix?

Our researchers use the website on a daily basis as part of a manual process, so it's not something we can workaround via the use of the API.

The product team has implemented a change to fix this issue. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is July 13th.
