THE CODEBOOK NO LONGER WORKS

Through the CODEBOOK, we were able to download the FILING REPORT of the companies using Python.

However, CODEBOOK no longer works now. It appears the following error

AAA ID: GEDTC-904487

What can we do?

    Based on the given screenshot, the issue is the Codebook app did not load on your Workspace instance. This issue needs to be investigated on the Workspace level which is beyond our access. I strongly suggest you contact the Workspace support team as recommended by my colleague.

    I checked the case and found that the support team is already handling the issue. They have provided steps to clear the cache and restart the application.

    According to the response, the support team should be able to help you resolve this issue.
