Error 503 when tested in codebook of Workspace

User has key but still failed to run open session with 503 error.

How to fix the issue please?

    The attached image previously contained the client's credentials (username and password), which I have now removed.

    However, since this forum is publicly accessible, I recommend contacting the client to change their password to prevent any potential misuse.

    I will get to the client tomorrow by following the troubleshooting steps especially the proxy part as you mentioned.

    Also, thank you for reminding me the password matter, as I was so worried about how to fix it and ignored the privacy thing.
